My trips to Safeway seem to be less and fewer in between than before their double policy change. So, if you already know about this, sorry.
Back by the milk I found a back to school display with school lunch/snack type items. On each side of the display I found a rack with a Happy New School Year coupon book with $18 worth of coupons enclosed.
