Do any of you know of local groups and/or organizations that need donations? I'd love to post them so we all have a place to drop off that free cat food, baby products, canned food, medical supplies, personal hygiene items or anything else we may have too much of or just want to donate. I've done research on fresh produce from our garden in the past so I'll have to dig that info up and post as well.

Yup, sure do. We are on Redhouse which is off Dhooghe. It's where Dhooghe turns into Fernwood. :) Too funny!
ReplyDeleteI donate to Grand View Baptist Church in Beavercreek. The have a bi-weekly food bank. They are buying additional food (when the can)out of the church budget to help get more food. Oftentimes they have so many show up that they don't have enough food or people don't get as much.

ReplyDeleteI always donate everything to the Foothilla Service center. They have taken everything from food to toiletries and cleaning products. I also just donated a box full of OTC meds without any problems!
